Sustainia100 Launch 2013

written by Charlotte Turner

The Sustainable Angle attended the Sustainia100 launch on June 9th at the Crystal in London, marking an important milestone in connecting readily available solutions with business leaders, policy makers and our community. As Sustainia founder Erik Rasmussen observes, “this connection is necessary in order to successfully unleash the potential of sustainability and build the momentum needed.”

The day also marked an important step towards engaging civil society in sustainability and spreading the awareness of the solutions already out there that can help transform our societies, improve our lifestyles and pave the way to Sustainia.

If you were not able to attend you can see updates from the event and follow the conversation on #100solutions. You can also catch the recent articles on Sustainia100 in The Guardian or Green Biz.

Each year a Sustainia100 guide is published, and here is a link to the website where you can view it online or download it for free.

The Sustainable Angle is looking forward to next year’s Sustainia100 awards, for which it has been nominated. We’ll keep you updated about this, and in the mean time you can sign up for the Sustainia newsletter.
